XCOM 2 is a tactical turn-based game that takes place 20 years after the events of Enemy Unknown where XCOM lost the war. Take command of the Avenger, a new mobile base for XCOM.  

• Give orders to squad members to fight against the invaders, while managing the engineer and the basic research department to discover new and improved gadgets, weapons and technologies that will help you in battles . Soldiers can be recruited and each soldier class has its own skills and capabilities tree.
• Community Mods will also be supported in the game, campaigns, classes and enemies will be created for custom parts.
• Multiplayer and one-against-one will also be put in the spotlight.
• New enemies will be present, as the new faction of Advent and Viper. When you start a mission, your team will not be detected by all enemies.

Reviews

Overall XCOM 2 hits that sweet spot between paying homage to the previous games, but acknowledging and improving on their flaws. It’s a brilliant sequel and a masterful game in its own right, and a must buy for fans of the turn-based genre, or fans of games in general.
