Void Bastards is a revolutionary first-person shooting game inspired by BioShock and System Shock 2 (both action and shooting games). Though the game inspires you to test your aim, it does not mean you just point and shoot. Test your skills and think like a genius because as you go through the unforgiving path of the Sargasso Nebula, you will be expected to die sooner or later. Your challenge is to survive, be stronger and lead the misfit prisoners of the Void Ark through the derelict spaceships and myriad dangers of the Nebula!  

• Lead the rag-tag void bastards out of the Nebula. To them, you are an asset. To the nebula, you are a liability.
• Plan your mission onboard the spaceships, take note of the layout of the ship, and be aware of the hazards and dangers you may encounter inside.
• The game demands you to think during critical situations. Will you sacrifice a million lives just to save one, or will you leave some to save millions?
• In the game, there is a possibility of winning supplies. Use them properly to improvise tools and weapons, from the distracting robo-kitty to the horribly unstable clusterflak.
• Void Bastards features a not-so-long campaign of 12-15 hours. Complete them with an endless supply of prisoners, each with their own characteristics and abilities. When one dies, another one will carry on and take the task. Do not worry as the progress will continue to the next bastard.

Reviews

Void Bastards is a terrific game that balances the joy of exploration with the fear of failure in a wonderful way. It could use some more incentives to keep playing, but it’s a blast while it lasts.
