Tunnel of Doom is an action rogue-lite that mixes tower defense mechanics and top-down melee and ranged combat developed by Antti Vaihia. Step into the shoes of Angel the wife of a miner living in a small mining town, everything seemed to be going well until an unknown accident forced the mayor to shut down the mine until further notice, with your husband still inside, determined to find rescue him you venture forth against all warnings down to the abandoned mine but she soon finds out that there are more than rocks and stones lurking in the darkness.
The gameplay is pretty good, but it is sadly sullied by a lack in all other areas. The story is almost non-existent, the graphics and audio are merely adequate, and there is a definite lack of replayability. A real shame, but there is potential for more in the future.
