The Settlers is a city builder/real-time strategy game built on 30 years of Settlers legacy, developed by Germany-based Blue Byte studios. This new entry to the series combines the in-depth city management, deep infrastructure, and economy gameplay the franchise is known for and real-time strategic battles to ultimately defeat opponents reminiscent of modern strategy games. Choose from 3 unique factions, each with its own unique quirks and specialties.

• There are several game modes for you to dip your toes in: A story-driven campaign to immerse yourself in the world of the settlers whilst also teaching newer players the mechanics of the game, a plethora of competitive multiplayer game modes that can accommodate up to 8 players, and a skirmish mode if you want to go up against AI opponents.
• The 3 playable factions you can play are the Elari, the Maru, and the Jorn, and as mentioned before they each have their distinct look and playstyle. Build up your economy first, recruit new settlers, and a first of the franchise a directly controllable army which you can further supplement by making support and siege units.
