The Hand of Merlin is a turn-based rogue-lite role-playing game where you lead a party of Arthurian legends, the Matter of France, and the history of Al-Andalus against cosmic horrors beyond their comprehension, developed by Room-C Games and Croteam. Recruit a company of three mortal heroes and help them in their desperate journey from Albion to Jerusalem in order to stop the coming apocalypse from destroying the multiverse. Explore a richly-imagined medieval setting that’s on the brink of societal collapse, trade with merchants, improve your heroes, and unearth ancient relics. Complete the lost fragments of your soul, scattered across the multiverse, and save as many words as possible.  

• Master the art and tactics of squad-based and turn-based combat in order to defeat human and non-human foes. Your enemies will be tough and ruthless so you have to make sure to tip the scales in your favor whenever you can. Make use of cover, set up ambushes and coordinated attacks, harness the different synergies between your party members, etc.
• Prepare for a roguelike experience like no other as you carve a path across the lands of Albion, Marca Hispanica, and Al-Andalus. Are you going to take a more dangerous route in pursuit of a legendary relic? Or will you choose a safer path instead? Use renown to level up your heroes, and choose between a randomized set of abilities, but be careful all the choices you make are permanent as is death.
• As you jump from one parallel dimension to the next, histories will change a different king might rule this land, changing the encounters, characters, and events no two worlds will be quite the same each journey you take will be unique, and should your heroes fall, you must get up and try again.
• Collect relics of great power from a humble peasant’s good luck charm to the legendary sword wielded by King Arthur himself, they are items imbued with magical power found all over the world some you might be able to buy from merchants and collectors, but some of them you will have to earn through acts of great heroism or displays of great wit.
• Upgrade the equipment and relics you already have in towns, or just stumble upon hermit artisans in the wild. As the days pass and the darkness gets stronger you will need all the equipment your gold can buy.
