Stronghold HD is a strategy/simulation game developed and published by FireFly Studios. Featuring 21 story-based missions ranging from breaking sieges, capturing enemy castles and raising gold, to holding back enemy attacks, your goal is to reunite medieval England and take back the lands you own from four renegade lords: Rat, Pig, Snake, and Wolf. With a full economic campaign included, gathering resources and building weapons within a set time will also be one of your challenges. The game also includes new high-resolution graphics which gives you more control over soldiers. The game’s new HD battlefield also allows you to zoom out and play in real time while viewing the map in one screen. Stronghold HD not only includes two single-player story-based campaigns, it also has an online multiplayer mode where up to 8 players can battle it out with each other. Other unique game modes, such as “Siege That!”, are also included. Design your own castle, work into your economy, eradicate your enemies, and bring medieval England back in your hands!
