The little spirit Ori finds himself on another grand adventure when the owlet Ku is placed in harm’s way. There are some technical issues, and as a follow-up it doesn’t quite have the same debutant magic of the original, but it’s definitively a better game with expanded choice in combat, a user-friendly save system, and excellent level design that masterfully combines all elements of its gameplay so well it has you believing it is you who is the master. Stevivor It’s inconsistent and sometimes annoying, but ultimately a charming, challenging, heart-string-pulling fable. PC Gamer And ultimately, it’s worth battling through to witness, too. There’s a soothing quality to Will and the Wisps that makes time run away from you, and an incredibly consistent amount of love in every tiny detail, from the way branches bounce and bow underfoot to Ori’s tumbling, leaping movements.
