Life is Strange: Before the Storm is an action adventure video game developed by Deck Nine and published by Square Enix. This episodic graphic adventure game is the prequel to Life is Strange.

Set three years prior to the events of Life is Strange, you will play as sixteen years old Chloe Price. An unlikely friendship is formed between Chloe and a beautiful and popular girl named Rachel Amber. Rachel is the kind of girl that looks like her life is set to succeed, however, she found something out about her family that made her whole world crumble. Rachel and Chloe’s friendship is what pushes them to move forward and go on with life.

Unlike the previous game, Life is Strange: Before the Storm doesn’t have the “time travel” features but instead, it will have the “Backtalk” feature. The “Backtalk” conversation mode can either get Chloe out of difficult situations or make it worse.

The choices you make in the game can lead to different consequences, giving the game multiple endings. You can also alter the environment with graffiti. Dress up your character by choosing what she will wear in the game. Also, it features a beautifully distinct indie soundtrack.
