• The population in Imperator Rome is divided into 4 categories Citizens, freemen, tribesman, and slaves each of these populations can have its own culture and religion. The key to keeping your nation stable is to keep an eye on their happiness and balance it out with your needs.
• You will have multiple ways to govern your state from Republics, Monarchies, or Tribes each with their own unique advantages and disadvantages, it can also affect how your people wage war, Romans and Celts for example have different options available to them.
• Economy: a hallmark of a good nation is its economy your local goods can be used to bolster your local province or you can sell them to spread the wealth around invest in buildings and roads to make your kingdom stronger. You need to strike a good balance between the needs of your people and the needs of the nation.
