Guns, Gore, and Cannoli 2 is a side-scrolling run and gun shooter developed by Rogueside studios. The year is 1944 15 years had passed since the events of the first game, the war on Europe was about to escalate with America’s involvement in the European front, D Day was fast approaching. But even though the world has moved on the past just can’t seem to stop going after Vinnie, all his friends are turning against him one by one, who is this mysterious figure hell-bent on destroying Vinnie?    

• Guns, Gore, and Cannoli 2 has massively improved mobility features compared to the first game 360 aiming, double Jump, kicking, Jump-kicking, dodge rolls, somersaults, dual guns, and a radial menu selecting all of your different guns.
• 2D games have never looked so good the backgrounds are detailed and immersive, characters have smooth animations, and flashy special effects. Guns, Gore, and Cannoli 2 has dynamic environments, look for environmental cues to get the edge from your opponent, bring down walls, explode a barrel on enemies, drop crates on them, kick through doors, etc.
• Invite up to 3 friends to play with you, and fight through the hordes of Nazis and Gangsters as a team, in an all-new arcade-style co-op mode available for both Online and Local multiplayer. Play through the campaign as a team as long as one of you survives the whole team is revived after a set amount of time.
• Although the subject matter is about a grim war Guns, Gore, and Cannoli 2 still retains its signature cynical humor, Vinnie is still out there pumping out one-liners like a cheesy 80s action movie hero.

Guns, Gore & Cannoli 2 is excellent. The classic side-scrolling shooting benefits greatly from the 360-degree aiming, giving you few to no limits in dealing with carnage. The presentation is still solid, and the improved co-op mechanics make this a perfect game to play with friends. Shooting fans will have a blast with this one.
