With a love for the Western genre, I had high hopes for Desperados III. After playing, I realized that this game appeals more to my gaming sensibility than an Old West buff. It is an incredibly well-made game with a Western veneer. Even if the story was unimpressive, the main characters are memorable. Throughout the full experience, the gameplay was challenging, deep, and polished.
