Beyond Divinity is a role playing videogame developed and published by Larian Studios. This is the second game that came out after Divine Divinity.

20 years from Divine Divinity, your character is a paladin who serves the divine one. He hates necromancers so much that he hunts them down every chance he gets. In one particular battle with one of the necromancers, the brave paladin gets dragged to another universe by a demon named Samuel.

Samuel forged the souls of the paladin and an evil creature called the death-knight making you two inseparable . You must find a way to un-forge your soul to the the creature you hate the most, and thus your adventure begins.

You will play as two characters since your souls are forged. Most of the time you can select both characters and move them as one. Which ever character is set in the back can move or attack automatically. Although forged together, each one is set to have different stats and and equipment.

You are also able to have a summoning doll which could either be a demon or skeleton or anything from the underworld. These summoning dolls can become very handy because you can equip it with your extra armor and weapon to use it in combat or let it just carry loot.
